Doug was visiting Delaware and presenting the day long workshop for the Professional Photographers of Delaware. Doug’s workshop focused on Cutting Edge Wedding photography.
Being in business for more than 20 years and after photographing more than 500 weddings himself, Lloydlee is no stranger to wedding photography! “Wedding photography is just one of my many loves of photography, says Lloydlee. Im always excited when I get a chance to learn something new in photography from a talent like Doug Gordon.
“Getting a chance to train with Doug Gordon and learning his style and techniques was just fantastic”, says Lloydlee. Doug went over various lighting conditions including use of a video light and daylight fluorescent. Also During his program Doug shot and demonstrated with models all of his posing. He also demonstrated his workflow, Photoshop actions, as well as detailing the business strategy that has made his studio one of the countries largest.
I definitely learned how to create elegant, fashionable wedding images at light speed. Doug introduced me to his method of flow posing where he creates 35 poses in 5 minutes. “It is definitely something that im going to need to work on back here at home, and im really anxious to give it a try”, says Lloydlee
Keeping up with the latest photography trends is nothing new to this award winning Bridgeville photographer. Lloydlee has been in business for over 20 years and maintains his studio in Bridgeville, where he specializes in Wedding and Location portraiture. With the world of Photography changing so rapidly, Heite believes that education is the best way to keep ahead of the crowd. I also definitely want to thank the Professional Photographers of Delaware for having a great workshop, with an outstanding photographer, like Doug.
Doug Gordon’s workshop was just one of the latest educational experiences that Lloydlee has participated in “It was a great experience and im looking forward to getting to work on some of the many new ideas I learned”, says Lloydlee.
